Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include original tags and packaging

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or washing
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Accessories and undergarments

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Products without original tags or packaging
     

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
 

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received the wrong item or size, please contact us immediately.
 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
 

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. Once processing has started, cancellations may no longer be possible.
